Company reputations are made and lost through their handling of communication in times of crisis. Siyathetha Communications has extensive experience of working in newsrooms of all types, and understands the dynamics of the media. We also understand how information is shared on social networks, and how it flows through the community, the ranks of staff, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
Working with the project team, we assess and identify risks, and then develop communication strategies designed firstly to minimise the risks, and then to manage the communication flow in times of crisis.
